AI Blueprint

The AI partnership for solopreneurs, mid-sized businesses and enterprises. Run by Arcytex.

AI works with your people. Not instead of them.

Every employee gets their own AI agents. Their know-how stays. The AI adds consistency. They get time back for the work that needs a person. AI Blueprint shows you exactly what to build.

  • A short quiz for each employee. 15 to 25 minutes, one easy question at a time.
  • Every number shows its working and who gave it. Check it yourself.
  • Agents for each person's role, with every job spelled out in plain words.

Free 30-minute call with the Arcytex team.

If your Blueprint doesn't find at least 10 times its fee, you don't pay for it. See the guarantee

A partnership where people and AI coexist.

Each employee gets their own AI agents. Their knowledge stays in the work. The AI brings consistency. Humans get time for human work.

  • Not this: A bot dropped into an empty seat. This: Agents added to the role your person already has.
  • Not this: AI handed to a few, everyone else guessing. This: Every employee gets their own AI agents.
  • Not this: AI that forgets what your best people know. This: Human knowledge plus AI consistency, in every role.

More time for the work that needs a real person.

Four layers that turn AI into action.

Most companies sit on AI and do nothing. This is how you act: four layers, one partnership, from understanding to people running it day to day.

  1. Layer 1

    Understanding

    AI Blueprint

    • Interviews your team and prices the hours AI can give back.
    • Tells you what to build first, with growth and future impact.
  2. Layer 2

    Education

    The Leverage School

    • Courses and classes so your people learn to use AI.
    • They run it with confidence, not fear.
  3. Layer 3

    Implementation

    Architects

    • Builds and installs your bots and your AI team.
    • Set up around each person's role, not a generic template.
  4. Layer 4

    Staffing

    Pareto Talent

    • AI managers and executive assistants run the bots day to day.

From $3,000 a month per person

Four layers. One plan. Nothing left sitting on a shelf.

Can anyone tell you what your AI saves?

Plenty of companies bought the seats. Then nobody measured anything.

Copilot. ChatGPT. Gemini. The licenses are on the bill every month.

But nobody added up where the hours go. So nobody knows which work to hand to AI first.

The usual fixes don't help much. A savings calculator guesses from your turnover and headcount. An owner interview misses the work the owner never sees.

The hours live with your staff. So that's who we ask.

Every month you wait has a price.

Move the sliders to your numbers. This is the rough version, from four guesses. The Blueprint replaces every guess with your team's real tasks, real minutes and real pay.

What waiting costs you each month

$10,240

$122,880 a year

25 staff × 8 h/wk × $32/h × 40% × 48 wk

Based on 48 working weeks a year, the same as every Blueprint report.

So how does it find the real number?

From the first question to bots that work.

Five steps. Each person spends 15 to 25 minutes. Then we work the plan with you for 90 days.

  1. 1

We set up your company space.

    • Once you sign, you get your own AI Blueprint space. Every employee gets their own account.
    • We set your level: solopreneur, mid-sized business or enterprise.
    • Your owner or HR lead adds the roles, the pay for each role, the AI tools you pay for, the AI rules your company follows and your business numbers.
    • Upload your staff list as a spreadsheet. Everyone gets their own invite. Staff never see or type anyone's pay.
  2. 2

Every employee does a short quiz.

    • One easy question at a time. Most answers are one tap. 15 to 25 minutes, about their real tasks.
    • The questions change with your level. Every question set is reviewed by Arcytex before anyone starts.
    • They do it alone, with an Arcytex consultant on a call, or a manager answers for the role.
    • A progress board shows who's done, who hasn't started and who's stuck.
  3. 3

    The numbers get added up.

    • For every task: minutes each, times a week, 48 working weeks, the pay for that role, and the share AI can take.
    • Plus the money you lose today. Leads nobody follows up. Carts nobody chases.
  4. 4

The bots get designed. Then a consultant signs it off.

    • For each top task, our software designs the bot, its skills, or a whole team of bots.
    • Every responsibility is spelled out, with instructions ready to paste into your AI.
    • It picks the right AI for each bot, from the AI tools your company allows.
    • An Arcytex consultant reviews it all before it reaches you.
  5. 5

We work the plan with you for 90 days.

    • A 30/60/90-day action plan: what to build first, second and third.
    • Run with Agile and PMP methods: two-week work cycles, and a named owner and due date for every step.
    • A checklist you tick off together, and regular check-ins on the calendar.
    • A board shows each bot moving from planned, to building, to testing, to live.
Does it work at our size?

A solopreneur and a 2,000-person company shouldn't answer the same questions.

So they don't. The questions, the analysis and the bots change at each level.

Level 1

Solopreneur

The questions
Your own week. Where your hours go, where leads slip, what 10 more hours would do, and which tools you pay for.
The analysis
Your hours, your rate and the money you lose today. Kept short, so you can act on it this week.
The bots
Quick fixes. One assistant with saved instructions, used inside the AI tool you already have.
Level 2

Mid-sized business

The questions
Each person's work and hand-offs. Where work comes from, where it goes, who people wait on, and the questions they answer again and again.
The analysis
Hours and dollars per task, role and department, plus where work gets stuck between people.
The bots
Shared team bots with written rules, connected to your team's tools. Each one has a person who checks its work.
Level 3

Enterprise

Usually 250 people or more, or any company whose data can't leave its own network.

The questions
Each department's systems, approvals, sensitive data, today's AI use and how decisions get recorded.
The analysis
Everything above, plus the risks, your AI rules, and what your IT and legal teams need to approve.
The bots
Governed agents inside the systems you've approved, like Copilot inside Microsoft 365, or private AI on your own servers. They keep a record of what they do, and pass your security review before they go live.

We set your level on the call. If you sit between two, an Arcytex consultant picks the one that fits how you work. Every question set is reviewed by Arcytex before the first interview.

So what do we actually get?

What lands on your desk.

Four things. Each one you can check.

1. A savings report you can check

  • Hours and dollars per task, per role and per department.
  • The revenue you lose today, like leads nobody calls back, priced from your own numbers.
  • The risks: where handing work to AI could go wrong for you, and why.
  • Where a person is still the right answer: work that needs judgement, a relationship, someone in the room, or a sign-off.
  • Every figure says who gave it: the employee, a manager, the owner, or our estimate.

2. Not a list of ideas. The bots themselves.

For each top task, we hand over one of three things:

  • A bot: one AI assistant that does one job.
  • Its skills: saved instructions you add to a bot you already have, so it can do one more job well.
  • A team of bots: several bots that pass work to each other.
  • Every responsibility spelled out: what it does, what it never does, and who checks its work.
  • Instructions ready to copy and paste into your AI platform, plus a short guide for the people who use it.
  • Sized to your level: quick fixes, team bots, or governed enterprise agents. No AI yet? We recommend one per bot.

3. Your AI team, designed

  • A chief of staff bot at the top.
  • A bot for each department under it.
  • How work passes between them, and the order to roll them out.
  • So your bots work as one team, not a pile of apps that don't talk to each other.

4. Your 30/60/90-day action plan

  • What to build in days 1 to 30, 31 to 60 and 61 to 90.
  • Who does each step, who signs it off, and when it's due.
  • A checklist you work through with an Arcytex consultant, with regular check-ins.
What does that look like for a real team?

People stay. AI joins them. See it happen.

Click through the three sheets: your team, where AI agents join, and who runs them.

Example company, 42 staffSheet 1 of 3

Your team today. Each dot is a role we interview.

Can I trust these numbers?

Four bots check each other. Then a person signs it off.

The AI brain runs in the background. You see the result, and the working behind it.

When the last bot finishes, the Analyzer checks the whole result. If it finds a big task with no bot, or numbers that don't add up, the loop runs again, up to three rounds. Then an Arcytex consultant reviews it and signs it off.

  1. 1

    Analyzer

Reads every interview and your business numbers. Finds the repeat work, the pain points and the lost revenue.

  2. 2

    Organizer

Groups it by department and role. Merges the same task across people. Ranks what to hand to AI first.

  3. 3

    Bot Creator

Designs the bot, its skills or a team of bots for each top task: which AI it runs on, every responsibility, and the instructions to paste in.

  4. 4

    Team designer

Designs your AI team: the chief of staff bot, the department bots, and how work passes between them.

What happens after the Blueprint?

Step 1 finds the money. Steps 2 and 3 are up to you.

Only step 1 is required. It's the consulting. It's paid up front, and it's what the guarantee covers.

  1. Step 1

Consulting. Your Blueprint and your 90-day plan.

Paid up front. Covered by the guarantee.

    • Discovery: every employee does the quiz, with questions reviewed by Arcytex for your level.
    • The report: savings and lost revenue, task by task, in hours and dollars.
    • The risks: where handing work to AI could go wrong for you, and why.
    • Your bots: we help you build them, from the instructions in your Blueprint, with an Arcytex consultant beside you.
    • The 30/60/90-day action plan, run with Agile and PMP methods, with checklists and regular check-ins.
    • Your own AI Blueprint space, and an account for every employee.

Price: set on the call, by your level and the size of your team.

  2. Step 2, optional

Architects builds it. Arcytex keeps it running.

    Additional cost.

    Built for you, by Architects

    • Architects, our implementation partner, builds and installs your bots and your AI team: the chief of staff bot, the department bots and the hand-offs between them.
    • They test it with your people and show them how to use it. You own what gets built.
    • Led by Nuno. Nuno's combined experience: 1,000+ HighLevel builds.

We host it and support it

    • Want it looked after? We host your bots, support your team, and make sure everything keeps running.
    • It's ongoing, for as long as you want it.

Price: the build is quoted from your Blueprint. Hosting and support is a monthly fee.

  3. Step 3, optional

People where the human touch matters

Additional cost. Through our staffing partner, Pareto Talent.

    • Your Blueprint shows where you still need a person: judgement calls, relationships, work where someone has to be there, and sign-offs.
    • It also shows whether your leaders have an executive assistant running things, or are doing that work themselves.
    • For those gaps, Pareto Talent places executive assistants and operations staff.

An AI manager: someone to run your bots, so you don't have to.

    • Every bot has a person who runs it.
    • An AI manager is an executive or virtual assistant with strong AI skills. They run all your bots day to day and keep them working.
    • Architects builds your bots. Pareto Talent can staff the person who runs them.

From $3,000 a month per person

Not sure what you need past step 1? We'll tell you straight on the call.

What if it doesn't find enough?

10 times its fee, or you don't pay for it.

If the money isn't there, you get yours back.

If your finished Blueprint doesn't find at least 10 times its fee in yearly savings plus recovered revenue, we refund the fee. It works the same for one person or two thousand. A bigger Blueprint has to find a bigger number.

yearly savings + recovered revenue, measured with the working in your report

Four conditions, kept short

  1. 1At least 80% of the staff you invite finish their interview, or a manager answers for them.
  2. 2You give us the pay for each role.
  3. 3We measure it with the same working you see in your report. Nothing extra, nothing hidden.
  4. 4You can see every estimate and question any of them. A consultant goes through the working with you, line by line.

Small print, in plain words

  • If a condition starts to slip, we tell you in writing while there's still time to fix it.
  • You'll know the day your signed-off report lands. Ask for the refund within 30 days of that day.
  • It covers the step 1 consulting fee. The build, hosting and support (step 2) and people through Pareto Talent (step 3) are priced separately.
  • The guarantee covers what the Blueprint finds. What you actually save depends on what you build and use.
  • This is the guarantee for AI Blueprint. Other guarantees on arcytex.com cover other Arcytex services.

Who this is for. And who should skip it.

This is for you if

  • You have people doing the same tasks every week, and you've never added up the hours.
  • You pay for AI seats and can't say what they save.
  • You want the numbers before you spend money on building.
  • You'll let your staff, or a manager for them, answer honestly about their week.
  • You're a solo owner buried in admin and want bots built around your actual day.

Skip it if

  • You want a free calculator. The one above is free. The Blueprint isn't.
  • Nobody in your company can give 15 to 25 minutes to an interview.
  • You want AI to run with nobody checking its work.
  • You're shopping for the cheapest option. This isn't it.

Your staff data stays where you say.

Pick one of three ways to run it when we set up your space.

We host it

  • Fastest start.
  • Interviews and reports sit in Arcytex's private space.

We host it, on your AI account

  • The tool runs with us.
  • The AI part runs on your company's own AI account, under your own agreement with that AI company.

You host it

  • For enterprise teams.
  • The tool and the AI brain run inside your network, including on a local Llama model through Ollama.
  • Run it on a local model and no staff data leaves your network.

Staff are told before their interview what the owner will see: every answer with names, or summaries with no names.

Is it safe to use AI with our company data?

Is it safe to use AI with our data? Yes, on the right plan.

Security is the biggest worry we hear. Here's the short answer. Your report gives the long one.

Your data doesn't train the AI.

  • Business plans from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and Microsoft don't train on your company's data.
  • The leaks you've read about came from staff on free or personal accounts. We move everyone to the company account.

Governments already use it.

  • US federal agencies and US states already use these tools. The UK civil service and NHS England have run Copilot trials.
  • GenAI.mil, the US military's own AI platform, has more than 1.7 million users (August 2026).

We set it up locked down.

  • The right plan for your rules. Health data goes only on a plan with a signed health data agreement (a BAA).
  • Company sign-in, short retention, connectors off until approved, audit logs on.
  • A person approves anything high-impact. AI drafts and checks. Your people decide.

Every client gets a report, “Is AI safe with our data?”: the plan your rules need, what you may already own, and a source and date for every fact. Checked against vendor and government pages, October 2026.

Who's behind this?

Led by someone who spent 25 years running operations.

Nuno M. Tavares spent 25 years running operations at companies like Bank of America and Capital One. He rose to Director and led teams from 3 to 1,000+ people.

Today he's an AI consultant. AI automations, agents and skills expert. GoHighLevel expert.

He runs five businesses on the same AI leverage he teaches.

Arcytex is Nuno's company. It runs every Blueprint, then hosts and supports the bots once they're built.

Architects, the implementation partner, builds the bots and AI teams for clients who want it done for them.

Pareto Talent, Arcytex's staffing partner, supplies the people: executive assistants, operations staff and AI managers.

The Leverage School teaches your people to use it, with courses and classes.

  • 1,000+ HighLevel builds
  • 100+ agencies trust Arcytex (Nuno's combined experience)

AI is leverage. Learn to use it.

Questions owners ask before they book.

Is it safe to use AI with our company data?

Yes, on the right plan with the right settings. Business plans from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and Microsoft don't train on your company's data. The real risk is staff using free or personal accounts. So we give everyone the company account and block personal ones on company devices. Health, finance and legal data go only on a plan built for them. For health data, that means a signed health data agreement (a BAA). AI drafts and checks. A person approves anything high-impact. US federal agencies and the US military's AI platform already use these tools. The UK civil service has trialled Copilot. Your report, "Is AI safe with our data?", names the plan your rules need and gives a source for every fact.

How is this different from an AI savings calculator?

A calculator guesses from your turnover and headcount. The Blueprint adds up real tasks: minutes per task, times a week, the pay for that role, and the share AI can take. Every number is tagged: employee said, manager said, owner entered, or our estimate.

Will staff hide work because they worry about their jobs?

This is a partnership. Every employee gets their own AI agents, and their role gets bigger, not smaller. Still, some people get nervous. You can choose summaries with no names, so no answer is tied to a person. A consultant can sit with anyone who's unsure. Any figure a manager gave is tagged "manager said".

What if some staff won't take part?

A manager or your ops lead answers for that role, in the same interview screen. Those numbers are tagged in the report.

Do employees see what their boss sees?

No. Staff see only their own answers, in hours, never pay. The owner picks at setup: every answer with names, or summaries per role with no names. Staff are told which before they start.

Which AI do the bots run on? Do we have to buy something new?

The AI your company already pays for and allows: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and Codex, Claude, Gemini, or Llama on Ollama. You tell us your AI rules at setup. Each bot is matched to the right AI from that list, and its instructions are written for it, ready to copy and paste. If you have none, the Blueprint recommends one per bot.

Do we have to hire you to build it, or to run it?

No. Step 1 already includes help building your bots yourself, from the instructions in your Blueprint, with an Arcytex consultant. If you'd rather have it built for you, Architects does that in step 2. If you want us to host it and keep it running, that's step 2 as well. Both cost extra.

We're one person. Or we're 2,000. Does it still work?

Yes. There are three levels: solopreneur, mid-sized business and enterprise. Each has its own questions, its own analysis and its own kind of bot. Every question set is reviewed by Arcytex.

How long does it take?

Each quiz takes 15 to 25 minutes, one easy question at a time. Your report comes once your team finishes and a consultant signs it off, so part of the pace is yours. We agree the dates on the call. Then the action plan runs for 90 days.

How does the guarantee work?

If your finished Blueprint doesn't find at least 10 times its fee in yearly savings plus recovered revenue, we refund the fee. Four conditions: at least 80% of invited staff finish their interview (or a manager answers for them), you give us the pay for each role, we use the same working shown in your report, and you can see and question every estimate. Ask within 30 days of the day your signed-off report lands. It covers the step 1 consulting fee only.

Does the guarantee mean we'll save that much?

No. It covers what the Blueprint finds, with the working shown for every number. What you actually save depends on what you build and how your team uses it. That's why step 1 includes help building your bots.

Who is Pareto Talent, and do we have to hire anyone?

Pareto Talent is our staffing partner. They place executive assistants, operations staff and AI managers, from $3,000 a month per person. An AI manager is an assistant with strong AI skills who runs your bots day to day and keeps them working. We only suggest it if your Blueprint shows a gap that needs a person, not a bot. It's optional, like the build.

What does it cost?

The consulting (step 1) is priced on the call, by your level and the size of your team. You'll know the price before you pay anything. The build, hosting and support (step 2) are quoted from your Blueprint. People through Pareto Talent start at $3,000 a month per person.

What exactly do you mean by a "bot"?

For each top task, we hand over one of three things. A bot: one AI assistant that does one job. Its skills: saved instructions you add to a bot you already have. Or a team of bots that pass work to each other. Each one comes with every responsibility spelled out (what it does, what it never does, who checks its work) and instructions ready to copy and paste into your AI platform.

What happens after the 90 days?

Your bots stay yours. If you want them looked after, Arcytex can host and support them for a monthly fee. If you need a person to run them day to day, Pareto Talent can staff an AI manager.

Give every person on your team an AI partner.

Book a free 30-minute strategy call. We'll look at your team, the AI you pay for and what you want fixed. Then we'll tell you your level and what the consulting costs.

Buy or not, you leave knowing where AI fits first in your business.

If your Blueprint doesn't find at least 10 times its fee, you don't pay for it.

It's a working session, not a sales pitch.

P.S. The calculator above priced waiting from four guesses. Your Blueprint prices it from your team's real week.
